Gaming Unplugged started from a simple belief: the best lessons happen when kids are having too much fun to notice they're learning.
We are game enthusiasts and community builders who saw something magical happening every time children gathered around a board game. That magic, curiosity, and collaboration is exactly what we've set out to spread to every child.
We gathered around the table for game nights with our friends and siblings and saw how our communication, patience, and problem-solving flourished. We wondered what would happen if every child had the same opportunity.
We partnered with our local library in Parkland, Florida, brought in a dozen games and watched 20 kids transform. Parents noticed the difference immediately!
We started conducting monthly game days at the library. We are now working on partnering with other libraries in the Broward County area. If you're interested in hosting a free gaming event in your community, school, place of worship, or library, reach out to us.

From after-school clubs to weekend workshops, we meet kids where they are — and bring the games to them.
We partner with teachers to bring curated board game sessions directly into the classroom. Each session is mapped to curriculum goals — math, language arts, social studies — so every game played is also a standard covered.
Ages: 4–12 | Duration: 60 min per session
Our flagship after-school program runs 3 days a week at community centers and schools. Kids progress through a fun "Game Master" track, earning badges as they develop and demonstrate key skills.
Ages: 5–14 | Duration: 8-week sessions
We host monthly community events where entire families play together. We provide the games, snacks, and a trained facilitator — families bring themselves. It's free, inclusive, and a whole lot of fun.
